How can I track the status of my order?

We ship using tracked deliveries with NZ Post.

We aim to ship products within 1 to 3 days of your purchase, sending you the tracking information as soon as the label is printed. 

Where are Pins & Aces products made?

Pins & Aces strives to produce the highest quality products that are always backed with a lifetime guarantee. Some of products are imported, while others are made in Colorado, USA. Rest assured, everything we sell is of the highest quality and goes through a multi-point QC inspection before it is shipped to you.

How long does it take to ship my order?

For orders in stock in New Zealand, we ship orders within 1-3 days, and transit times are typically between 2-4 business days.

For back orders, special orders, or orders that we need to ship in from the US, please allow longer. We receive weekly shipments from Pins & Aces in Colorado, so you won't be waiting too long.

Can I see the Pins & Aces products in person?

Yes! You can have a look at our Pins & Aces products at the Golf Masters Trackman Studio in Mount Maunganui.

Yes! Currently, we don't hold the entire Pins and Aces collection of clothing, bags, and all accessories, but we can put in a order for you as the NZ-based reseller.
